SHIPPING 

Delivery within the UK

We offer a free delivery service on all orders placed in the UK

European &International delivery

A flat rate of £5.00 for all International orders inside and outside of Europe using Royal Mail International Standard postage

If you require a tracked service please contact us prior to ordering so we can provide a quotation for postage. 

We aim to ship all orders within 5 - 7 working days, this is the time we need to make your personalised order.

As a small business we are reliant on the services of Royal Mail to deliver your orders. 

Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the Royal Mail estimated delivery times have been extended to 10 working days.

RETURNS

We hope that you will love your purchase but if you are not completely happy we will offer an exchange or refund provided that the item has not been used and is in the same original packaging. We must receive your returned items within 14 days of the date you received the items.

Please obtain proof of postage from your Post Office as this will be required should your return be delayed or go missing.  Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items that fail to reach us or any delay in your return reaching us.  

In the unlikely event there is a fault or defect with any item you will be fully refunded for the cost of the item plus any postage incurred by you in returning the item to us.

To arrange a return or exchange please email quoting your name, order number and the items being returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and only for faulty items.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will not be given if the item not in its original condition, is damaged, without being faulty or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

SALE / DISCONTINUED ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
